$BDPT SECURITY DETAILS: The company just now provided an update on the share count, confirming that the outstanding shares remain unchanged at 576,464,023. Interestingly, they have significantly accelerated their efforts in converting and paying off past notes. While they could have chosen to do this at any point within the next 1-2 years. In my opinion they have decided to clean up their books in preparation for the spin-off.
