Dilution was spelled out in the Q, it was always going to retrace first. and they planned to do it down to .001, also spelled out in the Q

It looks like based on OS increase and lack of OS change in the last several trading days dilution is done and the movement of the stock is now in the hands of retail.

IMO this one is will start the climb to .02-.04 from here over the next few months
