My guess would be, something major was agreed to, and they expect the share price to rise above 0.01. Who on the "Inside" would invest $3,578,801.51, at 100 times the share price, on the OTC, if they didn't have Insider information. Again, just a guess. FBEC... $$$,$$$,$$$.. LONG!!
