UUU late filing yesterday. Not a surprise as they're late a lot. But I thought this snippet boded well for upcoming Q4 numbers-
"The Registrant anticipates higher sales and higher net income for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2023, as compared to net sales and operating results for the corresponding prior year periods. However, inasmuch as the Registrant has not yet completed its financial statements, at this time the Registrant is unable to definitively quantify its results of operations."
Because they said something similar in their Q3 late filing, which turned out to be a great quarter with earnings of .15/share. But didn't say anything like this in their prior late filings. Maybe it's just because Q4 is such an easy comp, but I like the risk/reward on this low floater. I'll continue to accumulate UUU in the low $2's ahead of the Q4 report...probably out in a couple weeks.
