See,in QTMM case I don't believe any crime has being committed here.

- incompetent management skills, yes

- over estimating what his technology was capable of , yes

- trying and failing is not a crime

- never reversed split his shareholders to date

- continued looking for a marketable product with no shareholders to answer to

- saved his shareholders from being diluted to oblivion

- did get a deal with India, where India has failed to deliver its end of the contact

- did get a deal a buy out with Pasaca Capital which do to UK offering a free version of track and trace and his incompetency in keeping up with the filings might have caused that deal to be terminated

Those are always to side of the coin. Their is your side and their is

- as shown in my last post, Squires could have very easily diluted all long shareholders out of existence and started fresh with new shares to sell, he hasn't

- Squires could have just walked away. let QTMM die and start over in a new venture (like he did with USGA), he hasn't

Based on your history lessons of QTMM pre India, other then private vs public it appears QTMM is in better shape techology wise then it ever was.

Going private might have been a blessing in disguise for those long in deep shareholders. Let's face it if you didn't get out during the period when the stock was trading about a dime even if the stock was still trading you would be holding.

The blessing, instead of the company throwing away money for the cost of remaining public they have the opportunity to use the limited funds they have to spend on getting a product to market. Which based on government reports from Podesa and the video from Dr Fraser they are.

So unless one thinks there is criminal action, I suggest sit back relax and let's see how this plays out.

PS

How many don't believe that if QTMM comes up with a FDA approve COVID test, and a FDA approved Long COVID Test (that proves the concept of diagnosing via biomarkers) that Pasaca Capital (owners of Innvova Medical Group) will resurface?
