Janice, I don't have the time to go back and get the exact answer, but, know I've been battling this very thing for...YEARS! My complaint is valid and has not been dealt with accordingly. I have never been one to complain and not take action. Guarantee you would be astonished to learn I am not of those "great many posters" you speak about. Maybe go back and read what I was speaking to in my OP. Therein lies the "agenda" I am talking about.
