Yes, I am focuing on what he has accomplished in recent year (since going to the greys).

I just think it is really remarkable that he self-funded SEC registration, got MIKP to be debt free, and ended up with some pretty freaking amazing IP.

He is not perfect, and this is not going to be run like some Fortune 500 company. And he might issue too many shares or trip up with the wrong IR group. But I'm judging Mark on what he has done recently, and I think folks dwelling on the ancient past are missing the remarkable things he has accomplished for his shareholders.
