You are missing the point. It was stated as if it was a fact that MIKP was diluting shares hand over fist over the past 10 years. Instead, for a variety of reasons, including the period on the greys, MIKP only increased its O/S by 3.8%. Not exactly rampant dilution. Right? Do you see the point now?

Furthermore, despite not issuing (or not being able to issue) shares, MIKP has emerged as SEC-registered, debt free, and owning some amazing IP.

I'm not sure if I can explain this any clearer. Mark could have screwed his shareholders. But he didn't. Maybe because they include family and friends? You are raising a good point about that. I don't know.

The point is that he could have, and yet he didn't.
