No, the shares were sold prior to going to the greys.
I only picked 2012 because it was about as far back as I could find clear numbers and because 11 years is enough to show that MIKP isn't "blowing out" its shares or whatever in a frenzy of dilution. In fact, exactly the contrary.
So, I guess I could have phrased this as: "Despite it having been over a decade since 2012, and despite having had the opportunity to issue shares during the early part of this period, Mark only increased MIKP's outstanding share count during this time by 3.8%, from 2,146,000,000 to 2,227,000,000."
Is that better?
