What MIKP accomplished during their "dormant" period is more than many pinksheets get done when they are active and able to issue shares.

The easiest path for Mark would have been to sell himself the MIKP/Arowana assets and left MIKP as a grey-market shell. That would have been a complete loss for shareholders.

Instead, he self-funded SEC registration, bringing MIKP back to life.

And shareholders, instead of facing total loss, are presented an SEC-registered, soon-to-be OTC Pink Current stock that is debt free and owns amazing IP (Vampirella, Wish, Ella Clah, and Silverwing).
