Thanks for posting the A/S increase yet again. I have posted that link myself, and the filing is available for anyone to see at the Wyoming SOS. The updated number is also provided in the Form 10-12g/a on the SEC Edgar website (but it probably needs to be added to the 10-Q). And if the TA ever gets around to updating his records, which he should have done when I asked him to over a month ago, then this A/S increase will also show up on OTC.

And the reason why it will show up on the OTC is because MIKP has an ungagged TA.
