Yepper- 100% UNLESS Miguel gets his MIA shit together and :

1) Files a SEC 15-12g to de-register as a "SEC FILER" and goes to OTC "alternative filer" aka MS WORD POS toilet paper filer which SHOULD BE the best this SCAM can do...or...

2) Personally....I believe MIGUEL is setting this POS up for a BK FILING - to wipe Brenda Leonhardt and "other" bagholders he screwed harder than a dirty porn film....

Miguel received a SUBPOENA AGAIN (just very recently) Broward County court... in the insurance scam case (Comella-a-CON failed to pay clinic policy premiums they owed to their physician who was butchering their "patients" etc) and Miguel has NOT appeared yet to be deposed (They can't even seem to find the dumbshit to serve process on him WTF ???) - he's in hiding and MIA and this SCAM is on auto-pilot in a $99 buck a month rent-a-desk and hasn't filed a POS STICKY NOTE and now the next QTR ends in literal days.....

ALSO - old man Murphy is hitting 99 going on 100 years old so Miguel's ability to SCAM THE OLD MAN and milk the dude for MO CASH WHEN NEEDED TO KEEP THE SCAM ALIVE...I believe them days are over IF IF IF Murphy's family has even a semi-functional brain and is now "protecting" the old man....

I believe the BK FILING is "set" and they just need to pull the trigger - then MIGUEL and the boys keep the POS dirty shell and re-spin it one day to their next scam.....wash....rinse....repeat.....

WTF this POS scam does as a "business" on a daily basis is beyond me - they had, PAST TENSE literally $5K cash left and are MASSIVELY IN DEBT and being sued on numerous fronts.....
