I am puzzled why this ticker is still above one dollar… does this thing have any value at all if Trump media does not merge into it?

DWAC is an "Equity stake without taking a Position". IMHO

You might say a captured Naked Short. Short can be taken out of the market and reengaged in the market at a higher PPS. $400 million on the minor, $3.4 billion on the major or $3.8 billion plus processing fee's. It has to be covered and or a position found.

DWAC should be at $135- $200 based on 28 million outstanding shares..

28 million + 31 million DWACW associated Divvy's = 59 million + 4 million in reserve = 63 million. 4 million? It was a 3 for 1 = 4 million shares "1" Cert share 3 million in return, total 4 million shares
