EVERYTHING sold (including retail traders) from October 1, 2022 - December 30, 2022 equals roughly 240,000,000 shares. The quarterly report you provided shows that Frank AND HD owned basically 295,000,000 shares by themselves at the end of September 30, 2022. Even if the entire JPEX trading volume BELONGED to Frank and HD from October 1 - December 30, 2022 mathematically it’s impossible for one of these two to NOT currently own any JPEX shares being shown in your quarterly report ending March 2023. Mitch Hovendick is shown not owning any JPEX stock Is March 2023 quarterly report just like Frank. The annual report does show that HD converted his preferred shares into common shares in December 2022 WITH RESTRICTIONS limiting his selling of shares to only 10% quarterly! Again, your quarterly report provided ending March 31, 2023 shows that Mitch Hovendick didn’t even own any JPEX stock at that time.
