The filing for $400 Mil worth of stock offering caused the sell off and shorting during AH.

What happened to the sub had no direct correlation between space exploration and underwater exploration.

They just had a $300 Mil worth of stock offering now another $400 Mil. People just got tired and scared so they sold.

I actually bought more at 4.66 during AH.
