You are right , I am surprised how many don't know by now what happened to my family during Covid,,,,
About 1 1/2 year ago , I posted all this many times , only so everyone know what a great drug leronlimab is , and if anyone need help to try and get it., I know right now with FDA hold it is not possible
So my adult son , started to be sick , cold symptoms . end of July of 2021 , his second Moderna was sometimes January or February of 2021..
I think I noticed in his voice on the phone in a very early days of August, and I asked his wife to go to the Pharmacy to buy a covid test , my son of course didn't think it is anything .
Covid test was positive and he was getting worse very fast .
I asked him to take ivermectin ( later I learned Delta needed much higher dose then I told him to take,) , also he took HCQ , and all the vitamins.. ,
because his oxygen started to go fast down I put him in few days also on a steroid tabl . actually with the advice of another poster here , also a physician I am in contact with , Rockleo...
No help , he needed to be on a very high oxygen otherwise his oxygen was going down to 74 , sometimes I remember to 72%.
He finally called the ambulance and went to ER , it was August 4 I think ,
but he needed to sit on a metal chair without a help in the ER , Delta was going on , and all the hospitals were that busy , so after 8 hrs he called his wife to come and take him home , he said he was dying on this chair without one glass of water ..
But he was very bad, so I tried to convinced him to go back to the hospital which he refused ..
August 6 AM , he was really bad . I started to call all the ER in the area , and one ER nurse in the hospital in his area told me , they just cancelled elective surgeries , and if he will come now , he will have a place ..
That's what he did. ,They went to this ER , I live 4 1/2 hrs away driving , and my son didn't let me in , when I went there he called his friend to take me to their home , he didn't want me to get infected ,
In ER they gave him IV dexamethasone and his oxygen went fast to 82% !!!!
Then nurse said , remdesivir is coming ,
At this point my son knew we don't want to have remdesivir , so he asked if the doctor will speak with me before... ..
And in the evening doctor called me from his room asking why we dont want remdesivr ..
I only said one thing..
Doctor , my son is in severe immune stage of Covid , what you think remdesivir will do for him except damage his kidney and liver .
He is so severe , we tried everything at home , we like to have at this stage with severity coming so fast into his sickness leronlimab..
Doctor didnt know what it is of course ..
After all this doctor was quiet for a moment and said..
You right , remdesivir will do nothing now , but your son is VERY sick , and I cant sign RTT now , he need other approved drugs first to see if they will help ,
we will need to give him some other approved drug first and see what will happen.
After talking about different drugs , and a side effects , we decided on tocilizumab ..
So they gave him high dose tocilizumab , and it dd nothing , August 6 PM . ..day of the admission ..
I remember it was Friday ..
It didn't help , on the phone I could hear he is dying..... ..so I started to talk with the company ( cydy ) first Dr Kelly just refused to help me. but I am not an easy person when that important , to give up...
I was posting here at the time about my son sickness , and GOD bless some , some shareholders here , PM me , helped me to get Dr NP to say yes if he will need it.....
Monday my son was so bad that his doctor called me and said , I just signed the RTT ...
I called the company , they send leronlimab overnight ..
And since then company was wonderful , next day at about 3:45 PM my son got his first injection , and in 2 hrs he called me or text me , that he starting to feel better , it must be a drug he said ,
But I answered him , no it is to soon ,
but it wasn't ...
4 1/2-5 hrs after the injection they removed his high flow oxygen and changed to 3-4 liters ..
He became stable by the next day , and because patients were all over the floor in the hospital with Delta , in 26 hrs after his first leronlimab , he asked and was discharged home on the 3-4 L of oxygen .
It was truly a miracle I will never forget , and any jokes now are ok with me...
But he needed few more injections to survive , 2 for sure were not enough ...
I am talking about all this , hoping that FDA will wake up . I actually emailed our story to Dr Woodcock , as she answered my emails before , and she didnt this time..
