Spot on response and I agree with all of it. We can even go one step further on this and consider the possibility that the sale and lease agreement that TELL signed with Chesapeake Energy for all that land falls through bc TELL cannot get the SPA's signed. That would leave Chesapeake Energy needing a LNG project to liquify their existing NG supply in Louisiana. Hmmm... The modular model that Delfin has going makes it easier for all parties involved. It really serves to calm and reassure everyone at the table bc the economics can be divided and split down to specific vessels. We know that financiers want to see complete package deals that are realistic and consist of NG supply and end user agreements in place in order to hand over the funding. We've already seen the Devon-Delfin-Centrica/Vitol/Hartree package (still need final SPA conversions on the HOA's but I'm assuming those are essentially done at this point). Could we see a Chesapeake-Delfin-MOL-GAIL package come to fruition next? We shall see...
