They thought they had enough cash for 10 years and even paid 40 mil to buy back cheap debt. So had absolutely no clue 6 months ago or even a month ago that would need additional funds for everyday operations. They are and were clueless. And if Broadbean was going to change the HR world why wait a year to do acquisition. Why not do it when things were supposedly going good and cash plentiful. Got sidetracked nothing but lame excuse.
