I think there's an issue with the link you posted. It took me to a dead end. I did find this by searching "Mitsui O.S.K GAIL India" though. It looks like they essentially work hand in glove with one another. I do find it interesting that GAIL said they want to buy a "26% stake" in an American LNG liquefaction project, in addition to purchasing LNG from that project. That would basically equate to them, in theory, accounting for one entire FLNGV of the Delfin LNG project. Could that be the 2nd FID? Could that be the source of the 3rd FID if the first two FLNGV's capacity is already sold?
