My problem is with certain individuals who continue to keep praising management for nearly a decade of poor performance.

Poor performance? In less than 6 months since Dean Kehler joined the team, he's brought tangible results:

* NioCorp held it's first in-person meetings with Washington D.C. policy makers, Congressional representatives and governmental loan authorities.

* Niocorp held a Town Hall in Elk Creek that was attended by the governor of Nebraska - who enthusiastically supported the project.

* Demo Plant results produced much higher than expected recovery rates for the proven resources available at the mine site.

* A Geotechnical Survey was completed at Elk Creek, with 16 new boreholes and 20 test pits initiated across one square mile at the site, analyzing soil samples and generating data for engineering design firms that are continuing to finalize plans for the potential construction of the facility.

* A new partnership with Nanoscale Powders LLC.

* The BOD was put on notice - Anyone not fully committed to this project was given their walking papers, which some suspect was the catalyst for Fernanda Reda Fenga Viana Klamas to resign.

* Mark Smith and Dean Kehler met with stakeholders in Europe, reassuring them of the project's progress and instilling investor optimism.

All this in less than 6 months, but some on this board are comparing this company to where it was a decade ago. A lot has changed, and the overall optimism is stronger now than ever (despite some naysayers).

Some are too focused on share price and are using that as the only metric of success, when the above points clearly show we are on a positive trajectory going forward. And lately we're now seeing positive momentum in that share price, with the volume to back it up.

I like to call Dean Kehler our Mr. Wonderful because of the potential he brings to the team. In just 6 months he has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to this project and to NioCorp based on my observations, and those are just the tangible results that are publicly available.

I imagine what Mr. Wonderful is doing behind the scenes is what will ultimately prove that bringing him on board was Mark Smith's greatest business decision so far.
