management met to discuss the upcoming announcement


Hopefully management discussed the wording of the announcement. It should be informative and accurate, but not disclose any confidential customer information. Especially if the customer(s) asked MVNT to keep certain things "under wraps" for now.

Even so, a public company should eventually disclose those things as well. Especially if they ever want to become an SEC-reporting company.
