This is what the Company tweeted with regards to grace period:

"Regarding the rule 15c2-11 grace period designation. Because $CNNA will be SEC reporting following the Form 10 and financials there are no other obligations required to satisfy OTC Markets and have the grace period removed. This can be found in their own resource information.
