So I like to dig deep and have no issue ripping a ticker apart, especially when management is scum and shady AF, which is prevalent in the OTC. However with $BDPT I am seeing a lot I like…There has been some great DD posted here (SEE STICKY/PINNED POST) so I won’t rehash it. I did notice the company did an offering back in October/November 2022 offering up to 200 million shares at a price of .001, which doesn’t scare me and is likely close to done or already done. A PR/filing from the company advising they’ve closed the offering would be nice as well, but either way at this price that amount doesn’t scare me away at all. They also then increased the A/S in March 2023 from 750 million to 1.25 billion (just prior to all the PR’s and BOD additions). Now there has definitely been some dilution here (some still ongoing), but I am very curious as to what is going on behind the scenes. There were almost a DOZEN or so PR’s in late March and into April 2023 and imo I think there could be some sort of merger/big event happening (hence part of the reason for the increase to the A/S). Remember the company does have AUDITED financials and there is NO history whatsoever of reverse splits with this company/management. They’ve added two highly regarded/reputable doctors (big $$$ patents) to the BOD and I am assuming their compensation will be in stock (for the most part) as well. The overhead for the company at least operations wise can’t be too high at this time as they have a virtual office space rented out in Vegas. I have called (left VM today for IR) and emailed and am awaiting a response. I signed up for their mailing list and did instantly start receiving emails selling their products with promotional codes for discounts. I understand they likely cannot say much, if anything about current happenings. I’ve been bidding and accumulating the past couple days as I think this one could explode to pennies if everything plays out the way I think it possibly could…just my two cents and great risk/reward down here in trips and low dubs. You just don’t see companies with this share structure, product line/patents and high level of management team sitting at these prices. Peace
