I think Nasdaq will deal with Mullen in due course. They have a lot of discretion in kicking a ticker off the exchange, and Mullen is sure giving them the ammo.
I don't think that is the real issue.
Will the SEC put his punk ass in jail? That won't help any shareholders, but at least it is something.
