It’s obvious why the move to Maryland.

1) no shareholder vote required for AS increase

2) no shareholder vote required for RS of 1:10 or less within a 12 month period.

3) MUCH harder for shareholders to sue the company or its officers.

4) MUCH more protection for officers/directors liability.

Davey expecting some lawsuits? lol.
