INDICATIONS APPEAR THAT WEBSITE is also IMMINENT for ROLLOUT- and it appears whatever reservations the management had to ocmmninocate toward end of last week have dissapaited? we shall see.

IMO- When we do start to see the filings - i imagine that will greenlight the company and their attorney to be able to do far more in terms of regulatory compliance and It would be a major validation for anyone who sees the merits of this company today, next month and even 3-6 months from now as its newly defined!

The audits and form 10 actually confirm they accomplished what many haters said thet couldnt - and would be another success for Tucker as a CEO specialist to get another merger company deal audited and soon to be SEC REGISTRANT AND upom apporval of Form 10- SEC CURRENT FILER.
i am not looking at this company short term only - so this audit is a major validation.

also- IMO- SEEING REAL BUSINESS AND WEBSITE ETC drving revenues is alao a key fundamental right now- and they hace alluded to it coming ASAP. If would be nice to see a strong session if we do indeed get these vital fundamentals.
