This really is bizarre. First, mONI hires Frank B to promote it - under the catch-all of "advisory services" - but, alas, Frank B is gone. Now, mONI has hired Border Consulting to promote it - under the smokescreen of a "consulting agreement". But as you point out, if Daniel B doesn't know anything, um, special about mONI, "WFT is he supposedly consulting on?"
Two consultants now (not including Will Tynan), and still we've learned nothing definitive about the company(ies?) supposedly acquiring mONI ... ??? I, for one, would LOVE to know how the principals of Whatever, Inc., et al., plan to divide the Preferred A.... LOLOL
Maybe mONI should ask AG to return, though what AG really said is that she'd consider it, which I read then as a tactful NFW. And, to be fair, Frank B says he's gone and "Im a believer," which I tossed in the bin with AG's promise to return. Worth about the same, IMO.
