There is no joke if one reads the Jan 11th filing. Good things are coming for the SP. The following is just one snippet of the company's business plan, which largely involved real estate:

"As currently planned and if market conditions allow, the Company anticipates that it will
initially focus on three types of investments or projects: (a) real estate acquisition; (b) secured
lending for small businesses; and (c) early-stage equity business investments (and acqui-hires)."
