More importantly how much longer before the Elba, AL property purchase agreement expires?

What’s the over/under on the expiration date of the property purchase agreement contingent on funding? +/- 120 days from April 6, 2023?

Vietnam company certainly ain’t helping to fund any U.S. solar panel plant. And #238’s battery baby looks like it’s committed to a real brand new battery/inverter facility in China…versus an old worn down building in the middle of nowhere Alabama.

All these months of “follow the money” while begging and thinking foxess was going to play Santa Claus by funding an Alabama solar power pipe-dream.

18 months of zero foxess sales and distribution ought to be enough for anyone to know how that honeymoon is gonna end sooner than later.

Alabama solar power plant bust could end up ranking higher than the 9 mil medi-ri bust.
