Hey anyone know why Michael Kramer of Red Sands Financial is being sued by American Express and agreed to pay $20,000 + just last month? Wonder if dude is letting his name being destroyed to pay off AMEX or the company is booming so much he forgot about payments and the court case and the resulting fallout?
