This powerpoint presentation documents the potential and new direction for Cycle Energy (AMIH)! Company is working to net $1,900,000 million this year, (page13) that is an impressive goal! Great thing about Cycle Energy is we have real assets and a gret opportunity to grow in this profitable crude oil environment. No stinky pinky pie in the sky stuff just good old fashion oil patch production!

Like I mentioned in a previous post XFLS (Cycle Energy) hit a high of $.088 with an OS of 473 million shares in 2021. AMIH (Cycle Energy 2.0) has 194 million outstanding, positive cash flow and we sold the Canadian assets for $1.12 million in December 2022.

We also had a drilling rig and several work over vehicles in our capital inventory.

I’m thinking this company is worth $.06-12 low end and up to $.16-.20 as she sits. But we won’t know until McLaren and Cohen sort this out and post the financials. These fins will be the last from the old AMIH and realistically we have to wait for Cycle Energy fins as they complete a few quarters of activity, as we just merged. Now all we need is for Mike to post the financials and get the corporate business in order on the OTC Markets web site.

Remember, corporate just relocated from Canada in the last 3-4 months but we have had boots on the ground working in Texas for 8-10months.

Once everything is settled and financials submitted to OTC Markets should be will be copper+++ easy, imo. Possible FINRA name and cusip change will decimate the shorts eventually and if Mike PR's that then they may cover sooner than later! wink
