As promised, here is the notsosharpiegate real truth, or lets say, the rest of the story, that was left out of the heinous, deliberately miss leading attacks and miss use of strategically miss leading information posted to try and harm CNNA, the CNNA stock price, and CNNA shareholders for the profit of shorts..all to boost the self image of a man who already lost one law suit after suing the prior CEO of $CNNA.
I checked Michael G. Kramer out on LinkedIn, weeks ago. But was not 100% it was the right one. And it did not seem relevant at the time.
Early this week I did some checking on a person I am connected to on LinkedIn, that is Connected to the CNNA recently added director, Michael G Kramer. That person is a top gun (metaphorically speaking) blockchain based software platform expert systems designer. He built a blockchain data system for Covid19 tests and passport tracking, for a Billion dollar international Covid19 tests firm that had the UK business for Covid19 tests in 2020-2021.
The kind one would hire to build a US based blockchain secure network for securing peoples medical records and for setting up Rx drug dispensing, lets say through Prodigy health, including possibly Cannabis based Rx drugs, where legal, network system.
Michael G Kramer is a known activist for that, and he brought in the Liberty health company, that is Prodigy Health / part of CNNA according to lawfully filed, CNNA SEC 8-K filings.
This is same activist agenda, the Biden VP, Camilla Harris is an activist for, the decriminalizing of Cannabis for medical use. One that I and most Americans support as well.
Something Big Pharma money has spent billions to keep off the market for 60+ years, because it would cost them billions in lost revenue...

1) We know NotSoSharpiegate gas-lit the new CNNA director, Mr. Kramer this week... details below, because of an obvious personal vendetta agenda for the prior CEO of CNNA, because (I hear) he lost a lawsuit he was foolish enough to file.....
2) We know the real Kramer worked in law enforcement.
3) So in the video, the guy NotSoSharpiegate claims is the newly added CNNA Director, Kramer, was a bouncer in the video, and they are always off duty law enforcement people. So NotSoSharpiegate has now attacked, gaslit a person he does not know, who was, may still be in law enforcement?
4) So lets assume this is the CNNA Kramer. What do we know from the info below:
5) One the case was sealed, no sentence. Because the charges were false (see below), dropped and because he was law enforcement, and likely also doing DEA work.
6) The Night club, videos shared on the news a day later, something NotSoSharpiegate, deliberately(?) left out, obviously on purpose(?) since he claims to be all about complete and accurate facts, to maximize stock price damage (is that not SEC criminal manipulation of stock prices?) against a stock saved by the prior CEO that NotSoSharpiegate is in court battles with, likely trying to extort(?) money as "settlements" (seems to an obvious NotSoSharpiegate pattern according to public records?) , the kind insurance companies would call fraud?, suing for fake damages?) , but here is the Rub, had NotSoSharpiegate looked at or shared the club videos in TV news, it would be obvious to all that Kramer did nothing the wrong, and the club customer did try skip pay for services.
