You should still get the dividend even if you sold USSE on Dec 2nd.

For however much SSTP is actually worth...USSE just conjured SSTP from thin air. It's nothing but shares right now trading at $0.32.

There are no assets associated with SSTP. Since USSE shareholders should get one share of SSTP for every share of USSE, it means USSE added over 100% to its market cap with that simple operation because shareholders who are trading the relatively small number of shares of SSTP currently available don't know the difference. Market cap added: at least $200,000,000. Value added: $0.00.

If and when USSE shareholders get their SSTP shares, I'm guessing it's going to be a different story and the unbelievably ludicrous $0.32/share of SSTP will be a thing of the past. Right now there's a theoretical $200,000,000+ in market cap chasing a ghost.
