Even with warrants and 7B shares outstanding FNMA is a $25 stock
It has been 15 years and the warrants will not be excersized
We have SEC documentation in writing that the warrants were issued in non accordance to the law of issuing warrants
Could it be that is why 15 years later they have not been excersized?
What is taking them so long to excersize them?
