$BOF is under estimated Alternative Food w/juggernaut potential

Branch Out Food (BOF) makes dried fruit and avocado chips. The package in Peru near the growers. In addition to making chips, they make dried fruit and avocado powder.. Nobody, Nobody, I said, Nobody else makes this powder commercially. Vegans use the powder in all sorts of recipes. They have to purchase it from mom and pops or make it themselves. I've had a vegan chocolate pudding made from avocado powder - it was really good. Were are restaurants with vegan menus going to get product?

BOF is way bigger a deal than it seems.
