Let's use some common sense here. Why would Georgie already choose a name for the new company and the sector for it long before finding any company for a merger??

I'll tell you why...it's because there is no merger. He is just trying to capitalize on the latest buzz word and hot sector to try and sell shares.

No custodian looking to sell a shell for a reverse merger is going to pigeon hole the ticker/company into a sector before selling the shell. A custodian who is ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR A REVERSE MERGER will sell the shell to the highest bidding company of any sector and not restrict it.

Makes sense to me. This is going to be a no-rev, startup.
