What is opinion and/or concern vs, facts is clear from the context. One doesn't need to write imo or I'm concerned about.... for something to be obviously an opinion or concern. I just cite facts and draw obvious conclusions. For example: We expected a May update from RDGL on June 1 (fact), but MK ghosted us (fact). Until midday June 5, there was still no word from RDGL (fact). Then they released tweet they're moving to quarterly updates, whatever that means (fact). Looks like RDGL received disappointing rabbit test results they don't want to reveal or MK has taken the summer off again (conclusion/concern).
