I am sorry if this is a stupid question (and yes I know there are NO stupid questions...etc) but is Dilution and RS and 10Q such a big concern, at this point, since it seems that GnF is striving toward their goals?? I mean, yes I understand they fit into the equation... but if it is an equation then we need to calculate the value on both sides of the "=" sign... no?

Prof...? Wick?... anybody with better math and Investing wisdom than me! ( In that case I should just shout... "Hey YOU!...LOL)
