The deposition from Feldenkrais is quite interesting. I couldn't stop reading it.
That lawyer asked everything about him from his background to now. It laid out everything one would want to know basically about him and the way this company works. What a great, informative resource.
His background is a bit - to say the least - interesting. I had no idea he quit his law firm 10 years ago. I had no idea he up rooted his family to Israel. I had no idea he spent time with Native Americans growing cannabis (only for the whole thing to fail because of the Feds?) That his family did philanthropy work in Israel so that led to him having connections to cannabis.
There were, and I will be honest, some red flags (at least to me).
(1) The part where the lawyer is confused about the name of the OTC ticker. Then asks if Feldenkrais was ever in the TV business. The way he (or at least appears to me) answered in an upset way struck me as odd.
(2) That most of the businesses he "acquired" are defunct or have never actually done anything.
(3) That he took out a second mortgage. No wonder why he must be freaking out over the CE!
(4) His actual lack of knowledge on certain matters with CIGN.
But there are also things in there that confirmed things from another OTC ticker called OWCP. Ziv Turner said things about Feldenkrais and certain IP. To see him mention it was quite intriguing.
As far as I can tell, Turner never lied. And the science that was really going on with OWCP was in fact real.
I do hope Feldenkrais wins. And I do hope this CE comes off. What a trip it will be if these two things collide.
