Gotta wonder why they would spend the money to acquire the company only to let it die. I saw the website. Perhaps their hopes never materialized because they never got the financial backing needed to get the company off the ground. But why keep the website updated and active? I think the company is dead, no longer active. Our only hope, I think, is a new buyer with an on going business
