WELL- Now you’re talking about the SEC effectiveness date for CURRENT …

And again- That’s another completely different situation entirely and has nothing to do with the OTC. What’s been stated to you several times from different knowledgeable posters - they don’t need to be considered SEC Current effectivenesss of approved form 10 to satisfy then15c2-11 rules and trade with quotes. There are acruallly several different ways. .

OTC Has no idea when the SEC approves a form 10. There is no communication between those agencies. None. Otc looks to see if filings were updated via submitted
OTC can’t regulate an SEC audited issuer with recent 2 annual audits and necessary disclosures.

What’s unfortunate - is that this has been covered ad nauseam here with examples such as GEVI - a company that went through the same process and never had to verify alls to update at OTC Everyone knows it takes about 60 days or sometimes sooner for SEC to approve the Form 10. That has zero to do with OTC and wht they control. They don’t need to wait for SEC current. They only deal with once filings are uploaded an can be found on Edgar and then update to OTC system.

IMO- You need to educate yourself on what is actually needed due to new 15c2-11 rules before telling others they are wrong over and over and fearing. I would start there. Have a wonderful weekend.
