Big Benny, I'm with you on your assessment. The more I step back and look at this the more I see the tremendous value of investing in this stock. One problem I'm having is I cannot determine who is friend or foe here. The reason is the various potenial motives of several groups.
One group would be Rick and his company itself. We've heard of a potential stock buyback program to reduce the outstanding shares. In my experience, company’s do not invest in their own stock unless they believe that their stock price is trading at a discount. Only way to figure that out is to have an independent valuation study performed. And guess what, that's what they did. The valuation study revealed that PLPL stock price should be trading in the .0035 range. That's alot of discount buyback opportunity since the current stock price is trading at .0007/.0008.
This being the case, I wonder how many individuals associated with the buyback program are involved in making sure the company collects as many shares as possible at the lowest price possible. Certainly market makers would be involved in this process. I certainly have never seen the letters RS used on message boards as I have seen with this stock. Again, in my experience, in the OTC, an RS is considered Kryptonite to potential investors. Therefore, it certainly is a wonderful scare tactic to keep the stock price under control while shares are being collected. I'm not saying an rs won't happen eventually, as it has a purpose in the right situation, but not before the company collects as many discounted shares as possible.
Other individuals and groups with obvious motives are those that recognize the potential of PLPL and are also trying to collect as many shares as they can for their portfolios. They also use tactics to shake the tree to free up shares at the lowest price possible. These individuals and groups also love to keep the subject of RS front and center. This most likely includes market makers and Hedge funds trying to build an inventory of PLPL shares and that have many professional individuals applying pressure to keep the stock price low.
Regardless, everyone is here for the same reason. That being collecting shares of a company that will in a few years make many investors millionaires...
