Now there is a name I haven't heard in a while. Last I heard, Lazar was out of the shell custodianship game. I am still holding 500k shares of another one of his stocks that went expert market (XNNHQ). Hopefully he will bring that one off of the EM and get a merger done. The only bad thing about Lazar is that most of his shells end up doing massive reverse splits upon merger. We really need to petition the SEC to get rid of the expert market and open those stocks to retail. Call it the "High Risk" market or whatever they please.....but an expert market is not a free and fair market. It is a corrupt concept to make certain stocks available to privileged, "sophisticated" investors.
