Just to clear this up….. the shares are already calculated. This all occurred June 3, 2002. What I believe to be good news is the section where the options were divided into 2 tranches…..all options were to be exercised by May 30, 2023. Everything is finalized ( shares) prior to the “agreement “ with Amazon. The dates are NOT a coincidence….by the way, Dish Network is most likely on the list of 62……
