It doesn't matter. They are not looking at it politically. They are looking at it in a legal matter with ramifications. It also has nothing to do with any current investigation. The investigation is legitimate and offers cover. You absolutely can not have a political candidate for the highest office have a "public stock" company as a pitch machine. I don't think such is illegal....but damn if I want to deal with the bull shite' of regulating such.

Get it through your head and think like the SEC. They don't give a f' about any election or who wins. They care about the hassle of it and the cost. They and everyone with a brain understands that Truth Social was never to be a competitor to others. It was established as a campaign tool. The SEC wants no business of that.

If I am them, I am going to take my sweet ass time and just wait it out as long as possible. They are not stupid.....
