Wow, zero credibility for anyone suggesting a JPS redemption or call is bad for JPS holders. Who wouldn't love to get redeemed at $25 or $50? The various prospectus' clearly state the redemption price (20x current market values).

If we get to a point where dividends are being paid, the delta in interest rates for anyone that is a current holder is immaterial compared to the 20x appreciation they'll get.

The common vs. JPS infighting is like two children fighting because they both got their toys taken away from the neighborhood bully.
