At this time, the management of Greene Concepts Inc has determined that it is not in the best interest
of the Company to continue to pursue an independent audit of the Company’s financials. At present,
the Cost-Benefit Analysis of pursuing the completion of the audit process in addition to the future
ongoing costs in both time and capital to maintain audited financials lead to the Company’s decision.
