I wouldn't say there is nothing else relevant here...

The lawsuit is over. DGF won. OWCP isn't going to pay the damages.

There is always the possibility of this shell coming back - either through DGF (seizure of asset) or another company coming in.

The shell only has 500 million shares.

A few good pumps and there can be many winners.
