Thank you for your kind words. As per your post / I think we definitely need a little more info confirming but it was great to see the 8K closing the Prodigy/Liberty health merger by a definitive agreement.

Maybe their SEC attorney or CPA held up any news announcements until the audit reached a certain point or close to being imminent etc.

We will find out over next few sessions I imagine. But yes- once filings hit the wires - we’re in pennyland my friend.
