One of our members posted an article about limited space to build a few months back. Sorry, don't remember who it was. I wouldn't call Delfin's response troublesome but certainly truthful. There is competition for the berth(s) and the first sentence could be read several positive ways. Again, they aren't about to show their hand to the general public through a reporter now are they?
